Norman Siderow has worked in the entertainment business for nearly two decades.

Beginning his career as a writer in advertising and then for English language adaptations of animated films, he held several positions as a creative and acquisitions executive before serving as President of Harmony Gold Productions.  Siderow was responsible for the development, acquisition and production of numerous miniseries, series, specials and films.

After leaving Harmony Gold in 1996, Siderow represented numerous producers and distributors, specializing in co-productions and overseas production finance. In 1999 Siderow moved to Dublin to work full time with Merlin Films, director John Boorman and producer/financier Kieran Corrigan's production company.  Siderow was responsible for setting up co-productions, negotiating distribution agreements, library and fillm acquisitions and overall business policy.

In August of 2000, Siderow returned to the U.S. and joined John Lynch in forming Lynch Siderow Productions. Since it’s launch, Lynch Siderow Productions has established itself as a successful and growing production company with numerous credits including “Spyder Games”, “The Andy Dick Show”, “Jackass: The Movie” and the soon to be premiered  “The Hollow Men” on Comedy Central.

In addition, Siderow sits on the board of the U.K. based sales agency Moviehouse and serves as their U.S. representative.

 

Thomas Emma is a veteran business affairs executive with 0ver 20 years of entertainment industry experience.

He began his career at ABC Video Enterprises, rising to General Attorney and Director of Business Affairs. He was involved in the formation of the A&E and Lifetime cable networks, and had sole business affairs responsibility for the Company's worldwide distribution activities.

In 1986 he joined Qintex Entertainment as Vice President of Business Affairs and served as the Company's general counsel and corporate secretary. Qintex produced and distributed numerous movies for television and miniseries, including the Emmy Award winning “LONESOME DOVE”.

He joined Harmony Gold USA in 1989 as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs,  becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer the same year.  While there he  helped establish a joint venture coproduction funding organization with two major European banks as partners and launched the development and co-production of four 4 hour mini-series.

After leaving Harmony Gold,  Mr. Emma help found the Screendisc division of Philips Media, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in the company’s Los Angeles office.

In 1998 he joined Artist View Entertainment as EVP and Chief Operating Officer, leaving in early 2003 to join AFMA as VP, Affiliated Businesses.

In addition, he is the founder and CEO of Reliant Digital Media, a multimedia service firm, and was a contributing editor for VIDEO SYSTEMS MAGAZINE, writing a regular column entitled “Business Affairs”.
